Your order will be shipped to you fully insured using FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service. We will select the best of those services for delivery to your particular area. If you require a specific carrier or service, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
US Postal Service:
We only use this service for registered mail, or to ship to locations not serviced by FedEx or UPS.
UPS only ships to street addresses, not to PO boxes.
For insurance purposes, a signature is required for FedEx shipments of $1,000 or more, regardless of any signed waivers. If you cannot be available, or have someone else sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local Fed-Ex location to be held for pick up.
American Gem Co. is not responsible for delays in transit or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
Other Shipping Addresses:
If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to your place of business. As a security precaution and to protect customers against fraud, merchandise valued at $1000 or more must be delivered to your billing address.
For your protection, we do not ship to PO boxes.
In stock ready for delivery items that do not require any customization will ship after receiving your order. If you place an order outside of normal business hours (8am-5pm pacific time, Monday thru Friday) your order will begin processing the next business day.
Customized orders require up to a two week manufacturing time plus the time required for processing, packaging, and delivering your order.
